Ursula Straub
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Ursula Straub has many years of experience in strategic human resources management in complex public and private sector organizations. Since 2022, she has been Chief Human Resources Officer at the Swiss Cancer Institute, where she strategically develops and professionalizes the HR area.
She previously held various key HR roles at PostFinance and Swiss Post, including Head of HR and member of the Executive Board in the IT area. She was responsible for comprehensive change projects, the further development of salary and remuneration systems and the management and development of managers and HR teams.
International and interdisciplinary experience - including at the International Committee of the Red Cross and in public administration - as well as a Master's degree in Public Administration and targeted further training complete her profile.
