Christine Biaggi Rudolf combines many years of experience in the research environment with strong leadership skills. Her career began in basic research in Bern and led her to an international research environment in Chicago, where she deepened her scientific perspective and experienced the interface between research and clinical application at close quarters.
With this foundation, she moved into academic clinical research and has since been committed to translating scientific findings into concrete progress for patients. At the Swiss Cancer Institute, she has been shaping the implementation of complex phase I-III clinical trials in Switzerland and the EU for over a decade - with a high focus on quality, clear structures and a consistent focus on results.
Today, as Deputy CEO and Chief Operations Officer (COO), she is responsible for operational management and the further development of central organizational and business processes. Her leadership is characterized by strategic thinking, reliable decision-making and a strong ability to effectively connect interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders. She creates a framework in which collaboration is successful, processes work efficiently and partnerships are sustainable in the long term.
