Swiss Cancer Institute/Astellas GU-Oncology Award
In collaboration with Astellas, we have created the Swiss GU-Oncology Award to promote preclinical and clinical cancer research in Switzerland. The award is presented to a researcher on behalf of a research group or a research project and recognizes an outstanding scientific and/or clinical achievement that is part of a scientific publication (published article or already accepted manuscript for a peer-reviewed journal).
The Swiss Cancer Institute/Astellas GU-Oncology Award focuses on tangible improvements in patient management and outcomes in the treatment of urogenital cancers. The prize is endowed with CHF 30'000.– and is intended to support the continuation of research activities. The prize money is therefore to be used by the research group within the framework of the research project for current and future research work.

- Letter of support highlighting the applicant's scientific and/or clinical achievements in connection with the Swiss Cancer Institute/Astellas GU-Oncology Award.
- Relevant publication or manuscript (published article or already accepted manuscript for a peer-reviewed journal)
- Publication list of the applicant, relevant for the award
- If applicable, other relevant information or documents.
